Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful remodeled Kihei condo. The condo is situated on the first floor, with partial ocean view. 
It is located in a quiet area of the complex, near the pool. The lanai opens to peaceful ocean 
breezes from the trade winds, keeping you comfortable and cool.

The condo was recently remodeled and has all new porcelain tile flooring, paint, new kitchen, 
appliances, furniture and furnishings. This is a large, 450 square-foot, spacious, studio that 
comfortably sleeps four. It has a comfortable and firm king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and additional 
children's futon. There is dinette seating for four, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation 
in paradise. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities and Utensils.

The beach is just steps away and you are also within walking distance 
of shopping, restaurants, and the Whaling Museum. The complex has a 
large pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, gas barbecues, and picnic area. 
There is ample free parking just outside the condo.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, DVD, high speed wireless internet, full kitchen, linens, 
towels, beach chairs, and cooler are all proviced. Laundry facility is just down the hall. Lots of 
free parking.

Activities and Attractions

Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, whale watching, tennis, surfing, windsurfing, 
fishing, sailing, sightseeing, shopping & restaurants. Hiking, Old Lahaina Luau, Maui Ocean 
Aquarium, museums and multiplex cinema are a short distance away.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations 90 days or 
more from check-in. There is a $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & Value 
Seasons. A $250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for 
cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. 
Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
