complex, near the pool. The lanai opens to peaceful ocean breezes

The condo was recently remodeled and has all new porcelain tile
flooring, paint, new kitchen, appliances, furniture and furnishings.
This is a large, 450 square foot, spacious, studio that
comfortably sleeps four. It has a comfortable and firm king bed,
queen sleeper sofa, and additional children's futon. There is dinette
seating for four, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation
in paradise. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities and
Utensils.
The beach is just steps away and you are also within walking distance
of shopping, restaurants, and the Whaling Museum. The complex has a
large pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, gas barbecues, and picnic area.
There is ample free parking just outside the condo.

Air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, DVD, high speed wireless
internet, full kitchen, linens, towels, beach towels and cooler are
all provided. Laundry facility is just down the hall. Lots of free
parking.

Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, whale watching,
tennis, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, sailing, sightseeing, shopping
& restaurants. Hiking, Old Lahaina Luau, Maui Ocean Aquarium, museums

CANCELLATION POLICY:

fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund
for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a
comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be
prorated less a $100 processing fee.
