Cayman Stead is located at the North Pointe Condominiums which are
conveniently located on the North Side of Grand Cayman Island, just a
short 5 minute drive from Rum Pointe and Cayman Kai; 30 minutes from
Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM); and 40 minutes from Seven
Mile Beach by car or Ferry.

Cayman Stead is located on the second floor of the North Pointe
Condos, which houses only 10 units. Completely rebuilt in 2006, this
Beachfront and Ocean view condo is tastefully decorated to give you
that Island and sea life feeling that you will yearn for long after
you return home. That is how it got its name! Cayman Stead offers

Our air-conditioned ocean view paradise condo sleeps up to 7 people.
It features a master bedroom with a King size bed, a second bedroom
with a King size, a Queen size sofa bed in the living room, and a
second sofa in the lanai for an extra guest. In addition, there are
two full bathrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a
large screened-in lanai offering a spectacular ocean view.


Located on a private beach, Cayman Stead also has a new fresh water,
outdoor pool. If you are a scuba diver, the famous North Wall (world
renowned as one the best barrier reef/dive sites in the world) is
just 300 yards off the beach or snorkeling is a few swim strokes
away. This is a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere than Seven Mile
Beach with restaurants, beach bars and groceries located nearby. Rum
Point club, Red Sail Sports (assorted water sport activities) and
Cayman Kai are just up the road.

Sting Ray City, where you can watch, swim or snorkel with and hand
feed up to 60+ stingrays (a Must do in Grand Cayman). It's only a ten
minute boat ride away. You may also take the 20 minute ferry to Seven
Mile Beach where you can shop for great art, black coral items
including duty-free deals on things like perfume or jewelry, play
golf, enjoy 5-star restaurants or wander around the West Side of the
island. Other things to do include sailing, deep sea fishing, wind
surfacing, horseback riding along the beach, parasailing, swimming,
duty-free shopping (great jewelry deals!), getting married, walking
on the beach, boating, fishing, dancing, playing pool, bar hopping,
Island visiting and relaxing.

For a quieter day, you may choose to walk, bike or drive up and down
the road and view the numerous, breathtaking seaside mansions of Rum
Point and Cayman Kai. Spending the day at Rum Point is also relaxing
where there are indoor and outdoor restaurants. Lounge in the sun or
under a palm tree or in a hammock while friendly wait staff brings
you beverages and food at your request.

The North Side is also home to the scenic Botanic Park which consists
of a .8 mile nature trail where you can view local plants and trees
that are marked and identified. The park is also home to the Blue
Iguana captive breeding program. One might also choose to see over 60
species of exotic birds, Cayman Parrots, Blue Iguanas, Agoutis,
Whistling Ducks, Emus, Miniature Ponies and various Turtles at the
Cardinal D's Park which is closer to George Town. A trip to Cayman
would not be the same without a stop at Cayman's oldest settlement on
the island-the East End. A 15 minute drive from North Pointe to the
district of East End will allow you to get great photographs of the
Blow Holes and to visit the sites of several ship wrecks. You can
also visit Hell-an Naturalist area with amazing limestone formations.
There are numerous things to do, you choose -- this is what Cayman
Island is all about!!

Low Season Rates are $1000-$1400/week + 10% Toursit Tax, depending on
the number of occupants (Utility cost are very high)

High Season Rates are $1600-$2300/week + 10% Tourist Tax. Rates are
dependent on the number of Occupants (utility costs are very high)

Multiple week and monthly discounts are available. Rentals of less
than one week may be available on a prorated basis.
