This is a gated community (available to those 45+) that will knock
your socks off! It lies just Northwest of the San Tan mountains, and
takes approximately 30 minutes from the airport. There is a brand new
state of the art hospital just five minutes from Trilogy. It truly has
something for everyone! At least one party must be 45 years of age.
This is a newer home. There are 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + den for
relaxing and reading. One BR has a king size bed, the other bedroom
has a queen. Relax and enjoy extended cable TV, high speed internet
access, and DVD's in a comfortable living area. Fully equipped
kitchen including reverse osmosis (filtered water for drinking),a
washer & dryer, soft water, private patio with comfortable
seating (table, 4 chairs and one chais lounger)and a gas BBQ.
Garage houses 2 cars, garage door opener as well as keyless entry.
Small dogs only-15 pounds or less OK. No other pets allowed.
Additional security deposit will be required for pet.

Eighteen hole links golf course designed by Dick Bailey. You golf at
reduced rates. Tennis (two of which are lighted for evening play),
state of the art fitness equipment, free weights, treadmills,
aerobics, yoga, pilates, and water aerobics. Swimming in two
beautifully landscaped pools plus a spa & sauna. There is a center for
higher learning which offers computer classes on site, computer and
internet instruction, digital photography, history, and wine
appreciation. There is also a 28-seat movie theater, a studio for
artistic pursuits (hobbies, quilting, scrapping, etc.) There are
billards, a library and a card room. Cafe Santa Fe is known for
inexpensive soup/sandwiches and homemade pie on Tuesdays.
Also, "Slates" is a full service restaurant at the Golf Coursse. Both
on site.

Many classes, workshops, and shows are accessible. Bridge, bingo,
mahjongg, stained glass, holiday wreath/decorating, etc. The San Tan
club sells tickets and arranges transportation to various plays,
concerts and professional sports activities. This is a very active
adult community.
All major sports teams have a presence in the Phoenix area. The Sun's,
the Coyote's, and the Diamondbacks are all within a 30-50 minute
drive. Spring training is within a 30 minute drive. There is a big
mall approximately 15 minutes drive from Trilogy. This community truly
has it all!
