lower level of the main house.  This apartment can sleep from 4-6 people comfortably 
and is perfect for people that want that “little extra space” or for divers, as there 
is a hanging area for all your dive gear and diving is less than 1 mile away! 

"The Lighthouse " is for families or friends wishing for a laid-back "Keys" vacation and 
is located in an upscale quiet neighborhood on the Ocean side. Relax in the back yard 
and sunbathe with the ocean breezes keeping you cool. OR, take a leisurely stroll a few
blocks away and eat at one of the 2 wonderful waterfront restaurants nearby. 

"The Lighthouse" is just 1 1/2 hrs from the Miami airport, at mile marker 99.7, 1 mile 
from "downtown Key Largo" where you have shopping, watersports and fishing available!

shrimp and lobster to grill out and it's 1 block away! 

**3 Waterfront restaurants/bar, fishing boats and a marina are 3 blocks away 

** Diving, Snorkeling, Shopping, Fishing Charters are 3-5 minutes from the house or 
just one mile away!!  

**Community park (walking/bicycling track, tennis courts, basketball, skate board park, 
baseball fields) which also includes Jacob's acquatic center with 3 pools (including a 
giant Pirate Ship fun pool)is less than 1 mile away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates:
Monthly- $1200-$1700/mo based on the time of year. 

$110/nt or $630/week (6 nights)
     * Anything fewer than 6 nights is charged the nightly rate
     * Holidays and mini-lobster season rates may increase
     * Rates are subject to change based on time of year and until confirmed 
     * Minimum Stay: 5 nights    Maximum Stay: 6 months

Cleaning fee $85.00 
Refundable Security Deposit: $250 

Reservations & Cancellations: 50% deposit is required to reserve (payment must be 
received w/in 1 week of reservation). 100% must be paid 30 days prior to arrival 
or you will lose your reservation. 

Payment:  Cash, check or cashiers check required. No credit cards or money orders taken. 

Must cancel reservation 14 days prior to arrival to get a full refund. Cancellation w/in 
14-day period, a 25% cancellation fee is retained. No changes to the reservation are allowed 
within 7 days of arrival.

HURRICANE SEASON: we do refund in case of Hurricanes: please talk to owner for specific 
details.
