James City on Pine Island.  Bring your boat for some of the best 
fishing around.  Only 20 minutes by boat to Boca Grande, Sanibel, 
Captiva or beautiful Cayo Costa Beach.  Great restaurants and 
shopping nearby. Watch the birds and manatee from the huge dock. 
Come 
and relax in beautiful Pine Island.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Remodeled and beautifully furnished 2/2.  Queen bed in Master 
bedroom, full size bed in 2nd bedroom and queen pull out in living 
room.  TV, cable, AC, grill, large patio/dock on the water. 
Washer/Dryer,  family room and breakfast room overlook the canal. 
Walk in closet in master bedroom.  Kitchen is fully equipped.   All 
bed linens and towels provided. 

Activities and Attractions

This is some of the best boating and fishing anywhere!  Minutes by 
boat to Sanibel, Boca Grande, Cayo Costa, Cabbage Key.  Many 
restaurants easily accesible by boat.  This is a great family or 
sportsman's getaway.  Kayaking, boat rentals, biking and hiking 
nearby.  Twenty minutes to Cape Coral and Ft. Myers.  

Vacation Rental Rates

November - March $2200/month 
April-October  $1800/month or $850 week + $50.00 cleaning fee

50% deposit due at time of booking (non-refundable). Balance due 30 
days prior to arrival.   $250.00 pet deposit.  Small dog ok with 
prior approval.  No smoking inside.
