North Myrtle Beach Golf and Tennis Resort - Two story end unit condo
is approximately 5 miles from the Cherry Grove Pier, 2.6 miles from
the Ocean Drive beach access, and 1 mile from the Crescent Beach
beach access. This condo is equipped with screened porch off the
living area and balcony off the master bedroom. Great view
overlooking the golf course and tennis courts. Condo is located
across the street from the North Myrtle Beach Community Center.
Great location in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. Close to
shopping, restaurants, golf and the beach. Easy access to all that
the Grand Strand has to offer. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

Nice place to stay

The condo was very nice and the description of it is perfect!!! We had a few days where the air condition wasnt working quite right, made and phone call and the service men were there to repair it rather quickly. After a few trips to determine exactly what the problem was, it worked perfectly. The customer service we received from Terri at North Myrtle Beach Realty was superb. She really kept me sane during the great heat and no air. The pool is wonderful and super clean. My children enjoyed the tennis courts and the golf right outside the door. I would definately recommend this condo to others!!! We had a great time and it was very convenient!!! I will definately contact this owner again for future visits to Myrtle Beach!!

Outstanding!

This condo was an outstanding place for our family of four to spend time together at the Beach. The facilities are wonderful and the location is perfect for getting out to the beach and taking in all the wonderful restaurants and shops the area has to offer. The condo has recently been renovated and looks great inside and out. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and have a meal at home. As you relax in the living room or have breakfast, you look out over a beautiful golf course. With tennis courts, a pool, and golf all in the immediate surroundings, there is something for everyone! I would highly recommend this anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot.

Vacation Getaway in North Myrtle!

My wife and I have used this beautiful condo several times and each time we have had a great time. Very convenient to the many golf courses in North Myrtle and equally close to the outlets for my wife. The condo is very spacious and we have brought my daughter and son and daughter in law and have plenty of room for 5 of us. It is always very neat and clean with a great view of the golf course. When I play Possum Trot, I just walk out the door and onto the golf course. Love having the kitchen and washer/dryer!
We highly recomend this condo to anyone who wants to getaway from the rat race for a few day!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
