Our luxury estate, built in 2008, features over four acres in one of Tampa Bay's most prestigious gated communities. You'll be staying at the 2nd home on our luxury estate but don't worry the home is spacious, fully equipped, and is located further from our main home than the distance between your home and your neighbors. The estate property includes a basketball court, batting cage, baseball field, a ping pong table and a huge resort style swimming pool area. It's like being at your own private resort. You will not find anything nicer in Tampa for anywhere close to this price.
