soaking tub / kiddie pool and spa, built-in high-end commercial grade 
gas BBQ with an infrared burner and bar area, outdoor firepit and your 
very own putting green! WOW.  
West-facing, enjoy wine on the pool deck or in the spa as the sun 
sets behind the mountain range.  
 
On the inside, enjoy the game room with a brand new Brunswick pool table. 
 
The home is professionally decorated with slate and marble flooring, 
granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, wine 
chiller, wet bar, slate fireplace, cactus wood furniture and handmade 
furniture from Peru. Custom window treatments and luxury linens 
throughout. This house is clean! 
 
Special themed bedrooms include an African bedroom with Cal. King bed, 
flatscreen TV/DVD, & private bath. 
  
The Western bedroom has 2 Full size beds and private bath adorned with 
luxury horse and cowboy decor.  
 
The huge Master bedroom is decorated in an exotic tropical theme & has 
an Eastern King, sitting area, 40" high def. LCD TV/DVD, large master 
bath with soaking tub, dual sinks and marble counters, floors and 
shower stall. 
  
The kitchen is huge and great for the gourmet cook. The family room 
has beautiful leather couches and 56" high def. TV/DVD and stereo 
system.

*Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. 
 
*There is a $135 booking fee to hold the home and will be applied to 
the standard cleaning fee. If the house is left in any other condition 
other than which it was found ie garbage left in home, unreasonably 
dirty refrig., oven etc. the cleaning fee will be higher than the 
standard fee. 
 
*Any electric or gas over $100/mo. each shall be paid by the renter. 
Pro-rated daily/weekly.  
 
Please note this is a non-smoking, no pets house.  
No large parties / special events allowed. 
 
Pool heat fee of $50 / day.  
 
This Proposal is intended solely as a preliminary expression of 
general intentions and is to be used for discussion purposes only. 
The parties agree that this Proposal is not intended to create any 
agreement or obligation by either party to negotiate a definitive 
lease and imposes no duty on either party to continue negotiations. 
The parties intend that neither shall have any contractual obligations 
to the other with respect to the matters. Referred herein unless and 
until a definitive agreement has been fully executed and delivered by 
the parties. Prior to delivery of a definitive executed agreement, and 
without any liability to the other party, either party may(1)propose 
different terms from those summarized herein, (2)enter into 
negotiations with other parties, and/or (3)unilaterally terminate all 
negotiations with the other party hereto.
