Santa Rosa Vally Retreat is high in the hills overlooking the canyons and valley below with 
incredible,awesome mountain and valley views. The mediterranean climate here is perfect with fresh 
air and breezes, blowing directly from the Pacific and a view of Santa Cruz Island. 

It is a vacation in paradise with romantic, quiet, private seclusion. Gated and at the end of a cul-
de-sac with a circular driveway and rosas. Totally fenced in. It has an alarm system and a sprinkler 
system. Over 5 acres include organic fruit tress,banana trees, blackberry and grape, tomatos 
started, great soil for gardening.

Swim and do laps in the super large heated baquacil pool or relax in the hottub at night and watch 
the stars. Hike, horseback ride or bike on the adjoining, well maintained, endless trail system 
throughtout to Wildwood Park Waterfalls or Camarillo Springs. Inside a gormet kitchen, marble bar, 
three marble firplaces, huge master bedroom with the greatest closet. Super closet space throughout 
the home.Furnished or unfurnished, jacuzzi in master bedroom, separate possible in-law,guest, or 
nanny suite with a separate entrance.

5 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths, around 5,000 square feet.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Can be fully furnished or unfurnished. 

Three friendly burros and a dappled grey Welsh Mountain pony, a dog to walk and friendly cat are 
available to be your friends if you love animals. Bikes included, trusted maid service, pool sevice, 
gardening, garage, storage and a large fences area of several acres to board and pasture horses, 
your own or leased. Lessons and many riding clubs...Room to store an RV , trailor and large truck....

Activities and Attractions

An executive estate and secluded, safe haven to find privacy, quiet, birdwatching or hiking, walking 
or swimming or riding or biking or meditating,enjoying photography, music, writing, etc. Great for 
all ages. Wonderful community and great neighbors.

One hour from L.A.and about 10 minutes from the Moorpark Metrolink and Amtrak. Near the 101 and the 
23 (118). At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
 Near Thousand Oaks and the Civic center of Performing Arts, several small theaters. Very close to a 
great YMCA with a pool and gym facilities, etc and a drive-in Rite Aid and Kindercare Center. 

Many, many activities in this area. Pretty much whatever you want.


45 minutes to Santa Barbara

 About 25 minutes to the Ventura Harbor and the Channel Islands Harbor and beaches. About the same 
to Malibu beaches.

Vacation Rental Rates

the rate varies depending on your particular needs and the lowest rate of $2,200 is for a studio and 
the highest rate is for the house and land and facilities, plus utilities. The services, gardening 
and pool and maid services and animal care of any animals here that you like on the property could 
be included.

The horse area on the property is separated from the house and yard and pool. The board and parking 
of other vehicles you may have mentioned is included.

There is Time Warner full cable services and HBO and wireless internet can be included.  Three 
separate phone lines run to the home and are available.
