This 1500 sq. foot cottage home is decorated in a classy beach style
theme, with neutral yet beach colors to set the mood. Our home has
an excellent location in Bonita Shores, West of RT 41, South of
Bonita Beach Road, and walking distance to the beautiful white sands
of both Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach, world class golf, fishing &
dining. This private home w/heated pool is located on a quiet residential 
street, yet in the center of all activities.
We have made sure you will have everything you need to enjoy your
visit, from the pool toys & loungers, beach towels, beach bag, beach
chairs, beach umbrella, bicycles, DVD player, stereo, & board
games. The family room (everyone's favorite room) has four
overlaping sliding doors allowing for the room to be totally open to
the lanai with patio and heated pool. The master bedroom features a
Polynesian queen size bed and furnishings and enjoys its own sitting
area overlooking the pool. The second bedroom is decorated with a beach
cottage queeen bed and furnishings, and the third bedroom has two
single beds and a younger feel. The home has an open and airy
floor plan, with view of the pool from living, dining, kitchen,
family and master bedroom. The pool area features an umbrella, table and
chairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner and chaises for
sunbathing. In the evening the pool is lit so you can come back
after sunset at the beach to relax your evening away. We have
recently added a hammock between palms. Kids will love the outdoor (fenced enclosed) shower area.
The house is very well kept and maintained, with weekly pool
service, pest inspections and lawn maintenance.
