Unit has wood flooring, new kitchen appliances and granite countertops. It has also been newly carpeted and freshly painted. There are plantation shutters throughout the condo. The den doubles as the patio by opening the spacious windows to let in the ocean breezes.
Villa offers large master bedroom with king-size bed, and 2nd
