Vacation Rental Description

Hudson Valley/New Paltz area retreat with pool.  This is not your 
ordinary vacation rental. It is a beautiful contemporary private 
home designed by renowned artist and architect J. Caroff. It is a 
2BR/2BA home with artist's loft as 3rd BR. Modern architecture in a 
lush setting with TONS of LIGHT. VERY PRIVATE situated at the end of 
a long driveway on 4 very private acres adjacent to a large natural 
pond. The home has soaring ceilings, polished hardwood floors, cozy 
wood burning fireplace, artist's loft, separate garden room, 
barn,jacuzzi tub(in Master Bath), and 40 foot lap pool. Newly 
furnished with contemporary furniture, down comforters and pillows, 
and a fully equipped kitchen (Henkel knives, etc.). Fully heated and 
air conditioned. This home is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz and 
the Gunks, and is one block from the Hudson River. A quick 90 minute 
commute from Manhattan by train or car. All rates include utilities, 
groundskeeping and pool maintenance.

$1200 per 3 or 4 day weekend

Holiday rates apply for the two Holiday weeks in December:
Dec 21-27 & Dec 28-Jan 3; $1750/week
