Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful Urban Lifestyle condo is brand new, stylishly 
decorated, and centrally located to all the popular tourist 
attractions. A great place for honeymooners, families, and for people 
that just need a vacation away from home. The condo was just built in 
the fall of 2006. It is located at the Stadium Lofts, in the center of 
the Platinum Triangle development, where restaurant, eatery, and 
coffee shop are located on the street level of the building and a walk 
across the street to Anaheim Angels Stadium. A few blocks east on 
Katella is the home of the Anaheim Mighty Ducks, the Honda Center 
(a.k.a The Arrowhead Pond), and 1 mile west on Katella is the Happiest 
Place on Earth, known as Disneyland.

                Cleaning Fee: $90.00 (due upon booking) 
 
          Refundable security deposit: $500 (due upon booking) 
 
                Minimum 3 night stay during low season 
 
 
    50% deposit low season and the rest is due upon arrival.  
    100% payment during high season and holiday periods upon booking . 
 
* Cancellations more than sixty (60) days before arrival, all funds 
  returned.

  returned minus a $200 cancellation fee
