The Condo is well equipped with 6 appliances including water and ice
maker in fridge. The bathroom has double sinks and a soaker tub with shower. The unit is tastefully decorated with 3 T.V.'s, DVD, and stereo. Master bedroom has king bed; second smaller bedroom has a pull out trundle bed (twins) and is more suitable for younger children or one adult. One car parking provided.

Fishing, boating, swimming, golf, and all other activities related
to a beach vacation are close by. Fabulous dining (many within
walking distance) and shops are steps away. Approx. 20 mins from St
Pete's/Clearwater airport or 40 mins from Tampa airport. Ten
minutes to John's Pass, ten minutes to Clearwater, 92 miles to
Disney/MGM/Epcot etc. Don't have a car? Beach Trolley stops at the
front door.

Weekly rentals from $450.00 off season to $900.00 in season (max 2
week rental period). Rates exclude 12% sales tax and $65.00 cleaning.
