The home backs up to a brand new park so you have unobstructed mountain views from the patio, master  
bedroom and second bedroom. The 2 car garage is set way back at the end of an extended courtyard  
type  
driveway.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home is loaded with amenities! There are Televisions and dvd/vcr's in the Family room and loft,  
including a  
video library. The family room has surround sound and there are speakers throughout the house. High

wireless internet. 
 
This home backs up to a brand new park.  You can grill on the back patio and enjoy the park with

mountain views.  Also enjoy the community pool and wading pool (heated in summer); trails and green

Vacation Rental Rates

November 21 - March 31  $1050/wk 
April - November 21   $550/wk 
Inquire about daily/monthly rates and last minute deals! 
 
$150 security deposit covers everything and will hold your  
reservation up to 30 days prior to check in.  This security deposit  
will then serve as the cleaning fee.  Full rental amount is due 30  
days prior to check in. 
 
Cancellation Policy:  The security deposit and rent is fully  
refundable if the property is re-rented. Otherwise, the security  
deposit and half the rent will be refunded.
