Secure oceanfront building with beautiful wide beach with no public 
access.  The Sea Watch restaurant is just steps away.  Well kept 
grounds and pool area.

on the 5th floor with beautiful views of the city and ocean view 
from the balcony. Fully eqipped kitchen, with microwave, washer 
and dryer, three televisions, VCR.  New carpeting.     

Activities and Attractions

Various water exercise programs, movie night, get togethers, 
community room, etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

This condo unit #5G is leased until May 2009.  After that date, it will 
be available for a three month stay @ $2000.00 dollars per month. Longer 
rentals at reduced rates. Shorter rentals during other months will be 
considered.  

Any rental of thirty days or more requires a reference/credit check 
by the condo association and an application fee of $100.00 and an
interview is required before occupancy.  Tenant is responsible for 
electric, phone and cable.
