As you arrive on the hill overlooking Costa Brava you will thrill to
the panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. View 20 miles to the North
is Punta Colonet and 20 miles to the South is Punta San Quintin with its Volcano Cones.
Isla San Martin in between.
The view from your easy chair is the same looking out the 4 large
plate glass windows. Whales, Dolphin, Seals and numerous different
types of Sea Birds will be spotted out these same windows.From March  through May ,the Grunion regularly spawn on these beaches.

Located +- 15 miles north of San Quintin proper, on the beach in a
small, safe community. Ideal family vacation rental. Includes 3
bedrooms, 2 baths. Two bedrooms are in the house proper and the 3rd
is a self-contained unit a few steps from the house with a full bath,and kitchenette. 
perfect for a second couple.The yard is completely fenced, ideal for small children and pets.
We try to provide everything but if you have special needs please
tell us and we will try to accomodate them.

A washer and dryer is ready for your use if needed (detergent etc. is provided) Coffee maker, coffee, Filtered drinking water, paper towels etc. all provided.

Free Satelite TV and Internet Connection. Bring an electronic device, we have WiFi.

Just bring your groceries,personal items, kick back and relax.

There are many excellent restaurants nearby with seafood on nearly every menu. (inexpensive)

The beach is constantly changing, a new experience each day.

Each day brings a new supply of seashells to collect.

Swimming is great, with a clean sandy bottom.

The waves allow for great Surfing right in front of this home.

Fishing----Surf fishermen have great success on this beach. San Quintin Bay has several Sportfishing Charters available from the docks at the Old Mill, or you can catch a ride with one of the many local fishermen who launch right off the beach.

If hiking is your thing, you will not be disapointed as there is no end to the hiking trails.

Clamming is great all up and down this beach.

 
Bring an ATV or MC and ride forever. This is "Baja 1000" territory

This home can be rented with or without the 3rd bedroom Suite. The home is totaly functional as a 2 bedroom and loses none of its charm by eliminating the Suite.
