Vacation Rental Rates

High Season: January –April  $1500 monthly + Tax + $300 Security 
Deposit  each unit (two month minimum)
Low Season: May – December $1400 monthly + Tax + $300 Security 
Deposit each unit

Electric charges apply if electric bill exceeds $100 per month.  
Upon confirmation, tenant will remit 25% of total price (rent, tax, 
and deposit) within 5 days and balance will be due 45 days prior to 
arrival date. If cancelled prior to 90 days before arrival, binder 
will be returned, less $100 cancellation fee.
