room. ICE COLD CENTRAL AC! There is a BBQ and lounging patio on
the front of the house which boasts the fabulous views. Upstairs
Master Bedroom also has a view balcony and there is a roof top deck
on the garage. This house is perfect for your family River vacation.

Large Living room has 1 Queen Size Futon & 2 Sofa's, one of which is
a sofa sleeper. We provide 1 Queen size Aero Bed. If you require
additional sleeping you may bring more air mattresses, the house
is large enough to accomdate them.
Full kitchen....Refridgerator, Stove with 2 Ovens, Micro,
Toaster Oven, Coffee Maker, Blender
Dishes, Pots & Pans, Utensils are provided. There is NO
dishwasher...BRING PAPER PLATES & CUPS!!!

There are 2 Resturants & Bars, 2 General Stores and 2 Gas docks
within close proximity.

Weekend rate is $850, which is for a total of 3 nights at $850 total
cost. (3 night minimum)
Week days are $200 a night (3 night minimum)

Monthly $3300.00
Holiday Rates $1200.00/3 Day weekend
** $400.00 security deposit required to hold reservation and is
refundable shortly after departure if the key is returned and
premises are left in acceptable condition.
Full payment due 30 days in advance of check in date.**
