Vacation Rental Description

This imaculate, 1650 sq. ft.,2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor waterview 
condo is fully furnished and boasts cathedral ceilings along with a 1 
car garage.  The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, lots 
of bureaus, and a private bath.  The guest bedroom has two twin beds 
and it's own bathroom entrance.  All linens are provided. The kitchen 
is fully equiped with everything you need.  Sunroom has a great 
computer desk for all you computer geeks.  This is a turnkey unit, 
just bring your clothes and fishing poles.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo over looks a river inlet with lots of jumping fish.  The 
gated community offers a large pool, tennis courts, a marina, 
horseshoes, and walking paths.  Condo is fully equiped with 
washer/dryer, refridgerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffepot, 
television w/cable.  High speed internet is available for $50. per 
month. 

Activities and Attractions

Quiet public ocean beaches are just minutes away.  Great fishing on 
the docks on property or just 1 mile to downtown Sebastian's public 
peers on the pristene, state protected, Indian River.  Just 10 
minutes south is Vero Beach, home of the Dodgers, fine dining, and 
great shopping.  To the North is Melborne with more beaches and great 
resturants.  Sebastian's downtown park has art festivals on a regular 
basis.  Joggers enjoy the many miles of riverside sidewalks.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1,600 per month December thru March
$1,000 per month April thru November
Minimum rental is 3 months
Rental requires first, last, and $1,000 security deposit.
$50 condo association application fee.
