$400.00 Security Deposit for Nightly rentals or $700.00 for Weekly
required to book (refundable 7 business days after vacating).

$200.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.

All rentals to be paid 60 days in advance of arrival or
immediately if less than 60 days prior to arrival. Rental Contracts
are Required and will be Emailed after Money is Received.

Refund Policy:
$100.00 Cancellation Fee will be Charged.
60 days or more Prior to Arrival -- All Money (except Cancellation
Fee) will be Refunded.
31 to 59 Days P{rior to Arrival -- 1/2 Money Refunded.
30 Days or Less -- All Money Forfeited.
