Vacation Rental Description

Tiki on the Bay is a great place to kick back and relax, watch the 
beautiful sunsets, fish, boat or spend the day strolling along 
historic Dearborne Street in Old Englewood. We are a quaint community 
situated on the Lemon Bay Intercoastal Waterway with beautiful 
Manasota Key separating you from the Gulf of Mexico. It is just 
minutes by boat to the Gulf of Mexico, Boca Grande, Palm Island and 
Stump Pass.

"We absolutely love your place at Tiki on the Bay!  You have done a fabulous job of decorating and 
making it feel like home!  Thank you again for allowing us to stay, the boys had a great time!  
(Just way too fast!)  Sunsets perfect!!  Englewood Beach great and Middle Pass Beach awesome!  
We also went up to see the Reds play on Monday night and saw a great game and we spent about three 
mornings over at the Englewood Sports Complex playing basketball, baseball, and walking!  Great 
facility! Thank you again!  We hope to be able to come down again next year!

Vacation Rental Rates

RATES are based on MAX. OCCUPANCY OF 4 Persons 

**GOLD Season** Dec 1, 2007 - Apr 30, 2008: $2600.00 mo., $800.00 wk., $160.00 night

**SILVER Season** May 1, 2008 - Nov 30, 2008: $2000.00 mo., $675.00 wk., $130.00 night

  10% Discount available if you book 2 or more months   

** SUMMER SPECIAL ** 30% discount June 1 - August 30, 2008 (Excluding Holidays)
 
3 night minimum stay

11% Florida Recreational Tax

Cleaning Fee $75.00 (non-refundable)

$250.00 Reservation deposit required within 7 days of booking 
reservation. This converts to Security/Damage Deposit upon arrival. 
This Is Not Applied Toward Rent. Refundable within 30 days after 
departure

50% of rental rate is required 60 days before arrival
 
Balance is due 14 days prior to check in
 
Check, Bank Checks, Bank Money Order, Cashier Check, 
Travelers Checks, No Credit Cards Accepted

Monthly rental is first day of the month to the last day of the month

Weekly rental is Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, Sunday to
