dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave oven, toaster,
coffee maker, blender) is well supplied with dishes, glasses, pots,
pans, flatware. Direct TV with HBO. TVs in both livingroom and
bedroom. CD player. Wireless high speed internet (bring your own
laptop). Kiva fireplace with firewood provided. Walled
courtyards. Washer/dryer in condo. Two reserved parking spaces.
Free local and long distance telephone. Hair dryer. Iron and
ironing board. Managing office on site. Easy check in/out.

Santa Fe's historic plaza is just 8 blocks away (less than 10 minute
walk). Art galleries (Gerald Peters, Nedra Matteucci,etc.), museums
(Georgia O'Keeffe, Palace of the Governors, etc.), restaurants
(Coyote Cafe, Pasqual's, SantaCafe, Shed, Casa Sena, Blue Corn, Pink
Adobe, Rio Chama, etc.), and shopping, shopping, shopping all just a
short walk away. Canyon Road (Compound, Geronimos, El Farol,
Celebrations, etc.) is 10 blocks away. Guadalupe Street (Tomasita's,
Cowgirl, Zia Diner, etc.) is 5 blocks away. Farmers' Market 6
blocks away. Then get in your car and do great day trips: high road
to Taos, low road back, Bandelier National Monument, Abiquiu

Low- Jan., Feb., Nov., Dec. 1-19: $150 per night.
Mid- Mar., Apr., May , June, Sept. except Fiesta and Wine and Chile
Fiesta, Oct. except Albuquerque Baloon Fiesta: $200 per night.
High- Jul., Aug. other than Spanish/Indian Markets: $220 per night.
Prime-Spanish Market, Indian Market, Fiesta, Wine and Chile Fiesta,
Christmas, New Year, Albuquerque Baloon Fiesta: $250 per night.
3 night minimum all seasons except 5 night minimum in prime time.
Monthly rates negotiated.
Sorry but no pets and no smoking (outside OK).
