A well-furnished modern condominium in the Castle Pines section of  
PGA Village, set upon a 40 acre nature preserve in the Pete Dye  
course, in a low traffic area.  
 
A 5 minute walk to the community pool which is surrounded by  
palms and features a gradual slope into the pool which is great for  
little children. There is also a large jacuzzi deck above the pool.   
         
The atmosphere of the villa is tropical and Asian. The furniture is  
of good quality. The kitchen has a full range of equipment.
