Vacation Rental Description

Located in the Vista Del Lago community in San Nicholas de Ibarra. 
Santa Fe style, 3,500 sq. ft. of living space.  Two bedroom with 
studio/den, (easily serves as third bedroom) three bathroom, large 
veranda overlooking the first green and down the first fairway of 
the Chapala Country Club.  Beautiful view of Lake Chapala.  Fully 
furnished with washer, dryer, gas range, electric oven, microwave, 
water purification system, satellite TV, fireplace. 

Open concept with lots of light. Propane built-in BBQ on the veranda. 
Propane is included in rentals  of one month or less. 
Longer rental rates negotiable.
 
We have a local property manager in Ajijic to insure your comfort.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Just 10KM (6 miles) from the town of Chapala - (15km from Ajijic) 
with traditional Mexican culture, shopping and restuarants. Lovely, 
maintained yard. Gardener included. Maid is available and included.

Activities and Attractions

Golf at the Chapala Country Club.  Very reasonable greens fees. Club restaurant open for breakfast 
and lunch. The city life and cultural activities of Guadalajara are only 50 KM (30 
mi.) away.  After exploring the big city or the local color of 
Ajijic enjoy the quiet, relaxing peace of our beautiful Mexican 
getaway. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$300 per week, Two week mimimum or $850.00 per month. Refundable damage/security 
deposit ($300.00) at time of booking.
