intracoastal community.  Attractive, spacious split floor plan with 2  
bedrooms and 2 baths plus a den alcove with queen sleeper sofa.   
Large screened patio offers a great view of the landscaped grounds,  
pool and marina.  Very nicely equipped with everything you'll need  
for a perfect stay, including a washer and dryer. 
 
This unit is on the second floor with inside stair and elevator  
access.  There is a covered carport for your vehicle.  This unit is  
also Non Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis, Shuffleboard, and Private Beach Access.

Activities and Attractions

Located close to many excellent restaurants, shops, theatre, museums  
and botanical garden for your enjoyment. 
 
Swimming, either at the pool or in the ocean.  Shell collecting at  
the beach.  Walking or jogging through the neighborhood.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2,200 per month for off season.   $3,800 per month in Winter Season.  
Minimum 2 month stay.
