Condo-Hotel "Royal Orleans" is located in Redington Beach, Florida and
it was fully renovated in 2006 with all new appliances and floors,
tile, backyard etc.
We offer for rent our one bedroom, one bathroom condo with kitchen and
spacious living room. Water view from the living room, beautiful court
yard and heated swimming pool. Steps away from the beach and fishing
pier. Our condo - #217 is one of a few bigest condos in our building.
Condo (second floor, no elevator) is furnished with the following furniture
and appliances: Bedroom: king size bed, dresser, two night stands, two
lamps, iron, iron board, clock, vacuum, radio/CD player, wall mirror;
Living room: two comfortable futons (they open into full beds), one coffee tables, two side tables, TV, DVD player, breakfast table and four chairs, telephone, floor lamp.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, pots,
silverware, plates, cups, glasses, etc.
Bathroom: Bathtub with shower, sink, toilet, mirrow, towels.
Coin washer and dryer locates on the first floor of the building.
Royal Orleans seamlessly incorporates the French Quarter feel of the
Big Easy right on Florida's relaxing Redington Beach - beautiful and
quiet. This property locates between St.Petersburg and famous
Clearwater beach.

Beach is just a few steps away across the road. Beach activities, Golf, boating,children's park next door, Bush Garden amusement park, restaurants, shops and more.
There is a new "Trolly Service" that can take you from Clearwater Beach to Pass-A-Grille or to other areas in Pinellas County (maps available  at the trolly stops). Points of interests
along the stops are: John's Pass (which are full of shops,  resturants and a Casino cruise),  charter fishing boats and many more shops and resturants along the beaches. There is also a fishing pier
within walking distance where you are able to rent fishing equipment. There are several stadiums located within driving distance, "Raymond James", home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, "Legends Field", home of the New York Yankees spring training, "Tropicana Field", home of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and "St. Pete Times Forum" previously known as "The Ice Palace", home of the Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey Team 2004 Stanly Cup Champions.

Rates for unit 217 in "Royal Orleans": (3 nights minimum).

If rented for more then a month- $200 discount for every additional month.

October- December-$55/day, $350/week or $1,200/month  (minimum 3 nights)

January: $65/day, $420/week or $1,300/month  (minimum 3 nights)

February- $2,000/month, $75/day, $520/week  (minimum 3 nights)

March- $2,400 per month, $100/day, $650/week. (minimum 3 nights)

April- $75/day, $500/week or $1,800/month,

May -  $60/day, $400/week or $1,400/month, (3 nighs minimum)

June: $65/day, $450/week or $1,400/month, (3 nighs minimum)

July-September : $60/day, $420/week or $1,200/month, (3 nighs minimum)

These prices do not include 12% taxes and $60 cleaning fee.
