Three bedroom, two and a half bath, private pool home in Manatee County, Florida  
located in a quiet, well maintained, gated riverside golf course community off of US 301, 5 
miles west of I-75.   
 
Enjoy the secluded views of the preserve and a variety of Florida wildlife right in our backyard  
from the fully screened pool or breezeway, or sit & enjoy the Florida weather with your friends  
and/or family on the screened front porch. 
 
Our home is a fully equipped, spacious single-family home with with all the conveniences of home and  
an open Florida floor plan that comfortably sleeps 6 - 8 poeple and convenient/close to EVERYTHING  
so you can get the most out of your Florida vacation!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our home is fully equipped with free local phone, air conditioning/heat, cable TV & DVD, AM/FM/CD  
player, internet access, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice  
maker, kitchen utensils, dining room, breakfast bar & eat in kitchen. Linens provided, washer/dryer,  
private screened pool and large sundeck, chaise lounges, beach towels and pool accessories included.  
Bikes are also available.  
Plenty of funished screened/outdoor sitting areas to enjoy and relax and a 2-car garage.  
This community offers a fabulous playground, boat ramps to the river and more!  
Two Sea Doos are also available for a fee.  Please ask for details. 

Activities and Attractions

Nearby attractions include: beautiful Florida Gulf Coast beaches,Pittsburgh Pirates spring training  
facility, over 40 golf courses to challenge every level of golfer.   
Many restaurants, museums and shopping including: Ellenton Prime Outlet Mall (containing over 250  
Shops!), J.P. Igloo Ice & Inline Sports Complex, Tampa Bay Buccaneers football, St. Armand's Circle  
(world known for designer shops and dining), Tampa Bay Lightning hockey, Tampa Bay Devil Rays major  
league baseball, Lowry Park Zoo, Mote Marine, about an hour and a half to drive to Disney, Sea World  
and other Orlando attractions and less than an hour to Tampa attractions like Busch Gardens,  
Adventure island and many more. Unliited fishing, beaches and watersports.  We have jet skis (Sea

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental Rates for 2008  
Rates are from $1,000 USD per week (seven nights) May through October,  
and from $1,300 USD per week November through April. Minimum one week  
stay. Monthly and extended stay rates available. Please contact us  
for details. 
Rates include electricity, water, local and US long distance telephone, internet access  
and private pool.   
Rental Deposit of $250 due at time of booking with balance due 8 weeks prior to date of occupancy.   
Last minute bookings welcome if available.  
A security Deposit of $300 due prior to occupancy and a cleaning fee of $65 will be added to rental  
price. 
No pets. No smoking inside the house.
