Vacation Rental Description

rooms! This is elegant and comfortable condo with 1 bedroom with king
size bed, dresser, side tables, lamps and walk in closet. Spacious
living room with dining table and chairs and 2 flip-flop sofas and
cable high definition TV and DVD player. Also an additional and
spacious balcony room
inclosed with sliding glass doors with a flip-flop sofa, coffee
table, side table and a great direct view to the beach. Condo has 1.5
bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped.
It is perfect for two (or can sleep 5). Directly facing the Gulf this
condo is on the 11th floor of Landmark Towers and has a panoramic view
of the Gulf, Beach and Clearwater shore line. We are next to the
Sheraton Sand Key and across the street from the Sand Key Marriott,
famous Columbia restaurant,shops, Post office, coffee shops and
charming restaurants with the view to Intercostal, and much more.
Living room and bedroom overlook the Gulf; and kitchen overlooks the
Intercostal. It is gated with 24 hours security guard, private pool
area, heated pool and spa, tennis court,
outdoor grills, and private reserved parking.
Condo was recently updated with new carpet, painting walls, tile and
new furniture. Very elegant and comfortable.

Vacation Rental Amenities
Central AC, cable HDTV,DVD player, fully eqipped kitchen,dishwasher,
microwave,coffeemaker,toaster, refrigerator, oven/ stove.

Activities and Attractions
Beach activities,Golf,tennis, boating,park next door, Bush Garden
amusement park not far away, restaurants, shops and more.
There is a new "Trolly Service" that can take you from Clearwater
Beach to Pass-A-Grille or to other areas in Pinellas County (maps
available in the room or at the trolly stops). Points of interests
along the stops are: John's Pass (which are full of shops,
resturants and a Casino cruise),charter fishing boats and many more
shops and resturants along the beaches. There is also a fishing pier
within walking distance where you are able to rent fishing
equipment.
Vacation Rental Rates
$2,400/month: January-April 30, 2008 -One month rent minimum.
$2,000/month May-December -One month rent minimum.
All rates are subject to 12% Florida tax and Landmark Towers plus
Association Fee of 50$.
A minimum of 10 days prior notice for rentals please.
2009 rates:
$2,600/month: December through April 30, 2008 -One month rent minimum.
$2,200/month: May through November 2008 -One month rent minimum.
