spacious balcony room inclosed with sliding glass doors with the view to the beach, with a flip-flop sofa, coffee table, side table and a great direct view to the beach. Condo has 1.5 bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped.
It is perfect for two (or can sleep 4). Directly facing the Gulf this
condo is on the 11th floor of Landmark Towers and has a panoramic view
of the Gulf, Beach and Clearwater shore line. We are next to the
Sheraton Sand Key and across the street from the Sand Key Marriott,
famous Columbia restaurant,shops, Post office, coffee shops and
charming restaurants with the view to Intercostal, and much more.
Living room and bedroom overlook the Gulf; and kitchen overlooks the
Intercostal. It is gated with 24 hours security guard, private pool
area, heated pool and spa, tennis court, outdoor grills, and private reserved parking.

Condo was recently updated with new carpet, AC, Refrigerator,new furniture, walls painting, tile.  Very elegant and comfortable.

Central AC, cable HDTV, Internet, , telephoneDVD player, fully equipped kitchen,dishwasher, microwave,coffeemaker,toaster, refrigerator, oven/ stove. dishware, cookware, etc. Linens and towels are also included, CABLE HDTV, DVD. Washer and drier - outside unit on the same floor - few steps away.Beach umbrella and beach chair.  Our building has Heated pool and Jacuzzi and tennis court, grill and private pool area.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the unit.

There is a new "Trolly Service" that can take you from Clearwater

Beach to Pass-A-Grille or to other areas in Pinellas County (maps
available in the room or at the trolly stops). Points of interests
along the stops are: John's Pass (which are full of shops,
resturants and a Casino cruise),charter fishing boats and many more
shops and resturants along the beaches. There is also a fishing pier
within walking distance where you are able to rent fishing
equipment.

April - $2,000 +discount $200 for 2013

May through September - $1,600/month:  One month rent minimum.

October- December - $2,000/month.   One month rent minimum.

All rates are subject to 12% Florida tax and Landmark Towers plus
Association Fee of 50$ plus $150 cleaning fee
A minimum of 10 days prior notice for rentals please.

Per our Association rules we cannot rent condo weekly. Only Monthly.

For each additional month we offer $200 discount

Check in time - 2 pm or after at first day of your rent. Check out time - 11 am or earlier on the last day of your stay.
