Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful single level townhome in a gated community located at 79th 
Avenue and Greenway (Northwest area of metro Phoenix 2 miles off the 
101 Loop).  It is surrounded by nice residential homes and other 
larger gated communities.  It is a quiet area, not a lot of traffic 
but very near Arrowhead Mall.  The Mall is about 1 mile away with 
lots of restaurants, shopping of all kinds, and movie theaters.  The 
Peoria Sports Complex is less than 1 mile away.  The Arizona 
Cardinal’s Stadium is approx. 6 miles away.
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full kitchen, full-sized washer & dryer, 2 full bathrooms with 
shower and tub in each, large backyard with long synthetic play 
grass.  Television, DVD player, and stereo.  There is a large 
flagstone patio that extends off the covered patio in the backyard 
with a table and chairs.  There is a gas grill outside on the patio.

Activities and Attractions

There are 2 community pools and 2 spas, a community park area and 2 
basketball courts.  Outside of the community less than a quarter of 
a mile (walking distance) is a large park, Paseo Verde.  This has 
soccer fields, playgrounds, basketball courts, and picnic ramadas.  
Roller-skating and ice-skating rinks are less than 1 mile away.  The 
Peoria Sports Complex is 1 mile away making this home a perfect 
location for Spring Training Games.  The Arizona Cardinal’s Stadium 
is approx. 6 miles away and the event location for the Fiesta Bowl 
(College Football Championship) and the SuperBowl in 2008.

Jan-April $2,800.00 mo/ $950 wk / $195 night
May-Sept  $2,100.00 mo/ $750 wk / $150 night
Oct-Dec   $2,500.00 mo/ $800 wk / $180 night

3 night special $625.00 includes cleaning fee.

A 1.8% sales tax will apply to all rental fees
Security deposits & cleaning fees will be added onto all rentals
