March: Sunday to Sunday 7 nights stay: $795.00 total.

Spring Break and Holidays: $495.00 total. (require a 3 night minimum stay) $165.00 per night.

Spring Break: 7 nights Sunday to Sunday: $995.00 total.

May 14 till Sept 1: $169.00 total per night with 2 night minimum stay. 

Summer: Add another weeknight for $149.00.

June 1 till Sept 1: $995.00 total for Sunday to Sunday, 7 night stays.

Winter monthly rates: $1295.00 plus security cleaning deposit.

Prices INCLUDE all taxes! There are no hidden fees, nothing else
to pay when condo is left respectfully.
