Pacific Ocean.
- 1st floor bedroom with 2 twin beds.

- 2nd floor master bathroom has bathtub and separate shower
- 1st floor bathroom with a shower & bathtub
- 1st floor guest bathroom
* Interior sunroom with direct access to outside patio
* Kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances
* Living & dining room with fireplace and direct access to outside
patio
* Washer and dryer
* Furnished roof deck with views of the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra
de la Laguna mountains
* Lush 3/4 acre property with a variety of tropical vegetation
including mangos, avocados, pomegranates, lemons, tomatoes,
watermelons, coconuts and pineapples (depending on the season)
* Herb garden with fresh basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary and mint
* Casa Dia is approximately 1 mile from town
* 5 minute walk to the beach from Casa Dia

Put your feet up and relax! Or surf... or swim... or take long walks
down the endless stretches of beach right down in front of Casa Dia.
Adventure into town to peruse the many art galleries or enjoy the
shopping and restaurants.

$1200/wk - $1800/wk depending on season.

A non-refundable deposit is necessary to reserve your dates.
The remainder of the fee and a separate $500 refundable security
deposit is required at least 30 days prior to your arrival at Casa
Dia.
