Activities and Attractions
Our cabin is located just one mile from the Northwoods Clubhouse which has free wireless internet
access, swimming pool, tennis courts and nature trails. Enjoy additional hiking or mountain biking
on the many groomed trails in and around Tahoe Donner. Your guest pass (and a small fee) gives you
access to Trout Creek Recreation Center to enjoy the adult lap pools, children's pool, jacuzzi,
weight room, basketball courts, nature trails and golf range. Other features of Tahoe Donner
include a stunning Golf Course, an Equestrian Center, and Beach Club Marina on Donner Lake plus fine
dining at The Lodge Restaurant. Winter activities include downhill and cross country ski areas.
The Tahoe Donner region offers world class trout fishing, golfing, rafting/kayaking and mountain
climbing, all within a 30 minute drive of the cabin.
For those on a more leisurely track visit Old Town Truckee, Squaw Valley, Northstar and Reno for a
multitude of activity options for young and old alike.
