Fully furnished with A/C and Heat and all kitchen appliances, microwave, drip coffee
maker, toaster, stove, utensils and a Weber charcoal grill. Newly remodeled cottage.
Private beach and the water is crystal clear and very shallow and sandy (no weeds) gradient to deepwater. Please bring your own beach towels & chairs there is a picnic table. premium cable TV with two Flat sceen TV's and DVD, WIFI. Very clean cottage and property.
Our Cottage rental comes at no extra charge with a dock. Please contact me for more information. This is a secluded rental on a gorgeous 2 acre property. I supply clean linens and towels for four people. Sleeps four with one bedroom queen bed & a pullout couch in the living room. Very cozy and cute and clean.

Laconia Motorcycle Week June 9th-16th $1500.00/Week Plus 9% Tax.
Weekly rentals only Sunday check in @ 4pm to Sunday 10am check out.
This is a seasonal rental Memorial Day thru Columbus Day. Sorry NO Winter Rentals
