Located in the Island Retreat II condos, this second story unit has a wonderful view of the Ocean. Situated just 200 ft from the Boardwalk, you can be on the Beach walking in less than 5 min.  The large Balcony allows a great place to drink your morning coffee, read a book or watch the Waves roll in.  

The condo has a Large Master Bedroom with a Kingsize Bed,TV and  a Big Window overlooking the Ocean.  The 2nd Bedroom has a Double Bed and a set of Bunkbeds. The 3rd Bedroom has a Kingsize Bed and a set of Bunkbeds. 2 Full Bathrooms.

The Living Area overlooks the Balcony with the Great Panoramic View of the Gulf and Natural Dunes with slivers of the beach visible just over the dunes.  Sofa and Love Seat, TV,DVD,Stereo, Wireless Internet

Great weekend getaway and very convenient to everything. I've been going to the island for years and was in the habit of staying at one of the other condos but after staying here I will come back for sure. The place just felt so comfortable just being at home. Very spacious and bedrooms were well arranged and nicely furnished.
Loved that you can see the water from the balconey. Everything worked well - A/C, appilances, TVs, and beds.
Excellant place and location. Thanks so much

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

A great condo in the heart of the fun!

We stayed in this condo over the Labor Day weekend.
What a great trip and a great place to stay!
Everything was as advertised.

There were three couples staying here and each had a well furnished bedroom. The living area had a big balcony and patio doors that overlooked a scenic view of the beach.

The beach is a short walk and so are two of the pools on the property. The tennis courts are right across the parking lot.

All the tourist stuff is a short drive away.

The Wifi worked on all our devices except the PS3. So if you're planning on taking a console for Netflix you may not be able to get it hooked up.

We plan on going back next year and highly recommend this property.

Great weekend get away

After a small wave of panic when we checked in when the girl at the desk couldn't find us in the computer, most everything turned out great! Let me explain, when you check in, just bring a copy of your rental agreement, I guess the condo does not fall under the same type of check in as some of the others on the property. Once we got our key, we proceeded to the Condo, went in and we were pleasantly surprised. The condo is a good size, the bedrooms are a great size and the bathrooms are great as well. The condo is very well equipped with all you need for cooking. It is very close to the beach with a beautiful view. The only thing to complain about was that the noise level from other condos was more than expected and if you are not comfortable on a firm mattress you may not like the beds. Other than those minor things (I say minor because they did not get in the way of us having a fabulous time). We loved being so close to the beach and the pools. We had 3 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 15 to 8 and they all had a great time. Within a couple of hours of being there and getting settled in we all agreed that we will have to come back to this place! We have stayed in other condos in Port A, but this has become our favorite. You will not disappointed with the condo, the location, the view, the amenities, or the fact that everything you need is provided in the condo. Just pack up your bathing suits and food (unless you plan to eat out the whole time) and you are set to go!
