Vacation Rental Description

Gibson's Norris Lake Get-A-Way is a beautiful lake view home located  
in the Hickory Star Resort area on the Knoxville side of the lake.   
Conviently located just minutes from Maynardville and approx. 20  
minutes from Halls. You can be in Knoxville in 30 minutes and to  
Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge in about an hour.  If you like hiking, Big  
Ridge State Park is only 10 minutes away!  
 
Our cabin is unique in that it can be divided into two separate  
units, 143-A and 143-B.  143-A has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath with  
tub/shower, large living room with sleeper sofa in the sectional,  
cable tv, stereo and kitchenette w/small fridge & microwave oven.   
143-B is the main part of the house which has 2 bedrooms, 2 full  
baths with tub/showers, fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas,  
living room w/fireplace, laundry room.  Multi-tiered decks run the  
length of the house and give you not only a breath-taking view of  
the lake but also the most gorgeous sunsets you'll ever see.  Both  
units have access to the jacuzzi on the back deck along with the gas  
grill.  So whether you have a large group and need the whole house  
or you just need one of the units, our cabin is sure to meet your  
needs and make your vacation a relaxing and memorable one.

1 bedroom w/queen bed, 1 day-bed w/trundle (for 2 twin beds)

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates for 2008 are subject to change 
     
IN SEASON (Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend) 
143-A in-season rates: $550/week, Saturday - Saturday 
                       $85/night, 2 night minimum 
 
143-B in-season rates:  $900/week, Saturday - Saturday 
                        $140/night, 2 night minimum 
 
Whole house in-season rates:  $1200/week, Saturday-Saturday 
                              $200/night, 2 night minimum 
 
Off season rates are negotiable 
 
Phone and e-mail reservations are accepted and will be confirmed  
upon receipt of a reservation deposit of $200 within ten (10) days.   
Deposit is refundable if cancellation is 30 days or more prior to  
check-in date and non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 30  
days prior to check-in.  NO REFUNDS ON HOLIDAYS. Total rental amount  
is due 14 days prior to check-in. We accept cash, cashier checks &  
personal checks - we DO NOT accept credit cards. The reservation  
deposit ($200) becomes the damage deposit and will be held IN  
ADDITION to your rental amount until the unit is cleaned and  
no damage is found (normal wear and tear accepted). 
Check-in is 3:00 PM (eastern time) and check-out is 11:00 AM  
(eastern time)
