Level entry, 2,600 sq.ft. home has an atmosphere of a European bed &  
breakfast inn. Each room in this home is filled with original works  
of art and many of the rooms are furnished with antiques. 
This Beautiful Lake Arrowhead home is in a quiet North Bay  
neighborhood. 
It sits just up from the lake, with a spacious deck that overlooks  
the water.   This home is very private, quiet and comfortable.  
The house has three bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs on the  
main level. There is a gameroom on the lower level with a foosball  
table and a redwood sauna!  There are several Tv's with DVD/VCR.   
There is a BBQ out on the deck and a nice big driveway to park in.   
This home also has a level entry.   
 If you're looking for a place to relax on the  
deck and gaze at the stars this is your place! If you like to take  
walks, the lake is right out your back door with miles of trails.   
Bring your pole and do some fishing.Enjoy the peace  
and tranquility of mountain living. There is a large wood burning  
fireplace in the living room perfect for reading or relaxing with 
friends and family.  This cozy home is loaded with charm.  
It is lovingly cared for and is only occasionally rented, everything

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental rates are $300.00 per night regular(minimum 2 night stay) 
$675 special regular weekend rate with 2 PM Sunday afternoon checkout 
 
Holiday rate of $400.00 per night with a 3 night minimum stay. 
A refundable deposit of $300.00 is required 
Additional $200 deposit required for pets 
$100 cleaning fee and San Bernardino 7% county bed tax will be added 
to the nightly rental cost.
