including patio furniture.  Located near rear of community for peace and quiet. No smoking and no 
pets.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Microwave and complete kitchen with dishes, pots& etc. Linens and towels also included. Computer 
nook and utility room with washer and dryer. Bonus carport. Located across from small playground and 
car wash area.

Activities and Attractions

Resort style clubhouse with pool, fitness center, tennis courts, putting green, volleyball and 
several picnic areas with grills. 
Moments from downtown shopping, fabulous area beaches,  St. Armands Circle, several golf courses and 
cultural activities such as Ringling Art Museum, dinner theaters, opera,Van Wezel and directly 
across the street from Ed Smith Stadium which is the training home of the Cincinnati Reds and 
permanent home to the Sarasota Reds Baseball team. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$1,500 - $2,000 a month depending on time of year. $500.00  minimum deposit . All required up front.
Water and electric included.  Months available for rent May thru January only. A minimum stay of 90 
days is required because of Condo rules and regulations. No pets.  No smoking.
