"Villa Vista Azur" in Malibu:  A Large one story villa with pool/jacuzzi and dramatic views! 
Many of our guests say they dont want to leave once they come here. They feel so inspired  
by the views, so comfortable in our down-filled new custom sofas, so peaceful lounging in  
the ocean view yard and patio, they cancel their plans and stay home! 
Our home is a south- facing one story home with blooming grounds and spectacular views  
of the ocean at heart level- Decorated in tones of white and light colors, it is elegant,  
spacious and inspiring!!! When you walk in the front door, or lounge in the large yard... the  
expanse of blue ocean view will take your breath away! Elegance and family comfort  
surround you in this bright, upscale, spacious home- commanding spectacular ocean  
views from virtually every room! Photos dont do it justice! 
There are over a dozen fabulous beaches within a 2-15 minute drive. 
Pets are not allowed and no smoking inside. We are closer in to Santa Monica (15 minutes) 
than most Malibu houses- meaning you spend less time in traffic on Pacific Coast Hwy... 
There is a very special feeling in our home and grounds. Guests have called it 'peaceful"  
"beautiful" 'tranquil" and "the best home we've ever rented". 
 I prepare my home for your holiday with love and enthusiasm.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates from $5500/per week. 
Rates include basic utilities, pool service, gardening, and local calls. 
Cleaning Fee $350. Refundable Security Deposit $1000.oo
