Vacation Rental Description

Baths,  sleeps 4-6 and is conveniently located in North Scottsdale  
and features a reserved below ground parking space and elevator. It  
is approximately 1200 square feet. It has two bedrooms and two baths  
plus a sofa bed in the main living area. The master bedroom has a  
queen-size bed, dresser and night stands, with walk-in closet. The  
adjoining master bathroom features a separate shower, with 36 inch  
tall vanity and double sinks, as well as, a large walk-in closet.  
The second bedroom has a day-bed, which can be expanded to a king  
size bed, as well as, a desk with an Hewlett-Packard All-in-one  
office suite with printer, fax and copier.  
This unit is located on the ground level which has a Billiard room  
and Social area for the exclusive use of residents of that floor.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season (Sept 25th - December 22nd): 
Monthly: $99.00 
 
Peak Season  (December 23rd - May 6th): 
Monthly: $119.00 
 
Vakue Season  (May 7th- June 4th): 
Monthly: $79.00 
 
Summer Season  (June 5th- September 24th): 
Monthly: $59.00 
 
 
Rates subject to change without notice. Rates  
include, all basic supplies, linens, house wares,  
free local phone, ans. machine, wireless  
broadband internet and TV.  There is a $20 per  
night holiday premium during Christmas and  
New Years weeks.  Monthly rates based on 4  
consecutive weeks including electric up to  
$100. Rates do not include applicable Arizona  
sales tax. 
 
CHECK IN MUST BE DONE BETWEEN 8am & 8pm. 
 
Policies 
 
A 50% Deposit is required to confirm a reservation with  
the balance due on or before check-in.  Deposit is fully  
refundable with a 30 day written notice (45 days in peak  
season).  No credit for late arrivals or early departures.   
A 5% fee applies for credit card cancellations.   
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is by 10:30am.  We offer  
an early bird booking discount of 5% in Peak and High  
seasons for reservations confirmed with full deposits  
made 6 months or more in advance.    
 
Check-Out Time is by Noon.
