This 4 bedroom 2 bath newly painted and fully equipped home is steps away from the soft sand beach,
best known as the World's Safest Beach. In this single family home there is plenty of room for
everyone without being crowded with a living room,dining room area and a separate family room. There
is a queen size bed in all 4 bedrooms, a sofa and a futon in the family room. It is spacious and
perfect for family gatherings, get togethers or just friends that want to get away from all and
enjoy a relaxing time at the Beach. Nice and private with a covered porch in the backyard perfect
for barbeques and entertainment or just relaxing after a glorious day at the beach, boating, fishing,
shopping, golfing, swimming, or visiting one of the many local attractions. There is also a park
nearby with a playground and an area for skating. Plus about 40 minutes from Busch Gardens and only
an hour an a half away from Orlando and its Theme Parks, a lot to do you will never get
