Fully equipped kitchen for those home cooked meals away from home
Three bedrooms with comfortable mattresses
Master Bedroom has Calif. King bed, with private bathroom   
1BR w/Calif. King bed, 1BR w/2 twin beds 
2nd bathroom has a large walk-in shower for easy access
Beautiful front and back courtyards which are nice for entertaining 
and dining. Great for enjoying a morning newspaper and coffee  
Enjoy the mountain views and clean fresh air
Everything is ready to have a wonderful evening of entertaining and 
outdoor grilling.  Outside dining will accomodate six.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekend $400 (for 3 nights) by check or money order.
Mid    Mar 1  2008-May 31 2008   $700 per/week    $2,100 per/month 
Off    Jun 1  2008-Aug 31 2008   $500 per/week    $1,500 per/month
Mid    Sep 30 2008-Nov 30 2008   $700 per/week    $2,100 per/month
Peak   Dec 1  2008-Feb 28 2008   $800 per/week    $2,400 per/month

Rent payable by check or money order $200 Refundable security 
deposit by check or money order. $125 Non-Refundable cleaning fee. 
Refundable security deposit due immediately to book requested dates.
Balance due 30 days prior to stay. All funds are fully refundable if 
cancelled 30 days prior to stay. 

No Pets allowed and No Smoking inside.
