Vacation Rental Description

Conveniently located 2 miles from disney area attractions, this 3 
bedroom, 2-1/2 bath townhome in the gated resort community of Emerald 
Island offers a great place to relax and unwind or take advantage of 
the recreational activities on the premises. 
 
Park directly in front of the 2 story townhome which provides all the 
comforts of home. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, 
breakfast bar, dining room, laundry room, 1/2 bath, and a living room 
that features a sleep sofa, cable TV, DVD player, and access to a 
covered patio. 
 
The second floor offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master 
bedroom features a queen size bed, TV/VCR combo, private bathroom 
and a balcony. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen 
size bed and the other with twin beds. All bedrooms have clock/radio, 
dressers, and ample closet space.

Vacation Rental Amenities

For your convenience, we offer free local, long distance, and 
international calling and provide all necessary bath towels, linens, 
cooking utensils, silverware, glassware, etc. In addition, an 
experienced and professional management company will provide a  
welcome pack including keys, answer all questions, and be available 
to take care of your needs during your stay. 
 
Adjacent to the townhome is a lighted tennis court and a cabana with 
a heated pool and jacuzzi. Also, within easy walking distance is the 
main clubhouse featuring:

Activities and Attractions

restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, and places to shop, many of 
which are within walking distance of Emerald Island Resort. 
 
There are also various sports venues in the area including golf  
courses and baseball spring training. Also, from this central florida 
location, you can easily reach either coast to enjoy great beaches  
and tourist attractions such as Kennedy Space Center.

High season  @ $105/night(Feb.23-Apr.1)(Apr.17-Sept.7) 
Holiday rate @ $125/night(Dec.18-Jan.4)(Apr.2-Apr.16)(Nov.19-Dec.5) 
Special rates available for stays longer than 7 nights 
$80 cleaning fee waived with minimum 5 night stay
