This was a great place to vacation. The townehome was nicely furnished and very roomy. The people in the Gull Point community were all freindly. We had a great day at the beautiful pool. Also, we enjoyed the crabbing dock. We got a dozen keepers overnight! Well located to visit Ocean City, Rehoboth, Lewes, etc. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Nice condo

We were there for a wedding, not a beach vacation. We can't comment on the pool or marina, since we never had time to check them out. However, I know from previous visits to the area that it's over five miles down the Indian River and through the bay to get out into the ocean. It's a short drive to the big beaches. The condo complex was quiet and clean. The condo itself was clean and pleasant. Just make sure to read the info sheet when you get there to make sure the water heater is turned on, it wasn't when we arrived. The cable never worked while we were there, though we called the cable company and they said it would be on the next day. There's no internet access, even if the cable had been working. The iron and ironing board weren't in the unit anywhere. There were bed linens and plenty of towels, along with all the paper products. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there's furniture in the screened porch and on the deck. It all depends on what you're looking for, but in general, it's a nice place. It suited our purposes, but as I said earlier, we weren't there for a beach vacation.

Owners response: We really appreciate your taking the time to write a review and hope that more renters will do so in the future. The iron and ironing board had been inadvertently moved into the big closset upstairs but are definitely there for renters' use. The cable issue was beyond our control and, as stated in the review, was corrected the next day. Sincerely, Pat and Bill

Absolutely beautiful

This townhome is beautiful. Everything is stocked...sheets, bath towels, beach towels. It is probably the cleanest home I've ever been into! We will definitely be back!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
