Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy a great Holiday near all Florida Attractions in the comfort of
our 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath luxurious pool home located in the Lindfiels
subdivision 3 1/2 miles from Disney.
Our house is convenient and easy to find.
Our house is fully equipped. It is the type of house you want to come
to after a day at the parks or the Golf course.
Its 2207 sq. feet of living space and is fully Air Conditioned/Heated.
First floor has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen breakfast
corner, big living room with cathedral ceiling, king size master suite
with its own bath and walk in closed, laundry room with washer and
dryer a 1/2 bath next door.
Second floor 3 bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other 2 with
twin beds each. 
The main TV is 32" with VCR, DVD player brand new playstation 2 with
over 20 games.
There is a phone in the Villa and local calls are FREE. FREE internet
service.

There are two high chairs in the house as well as a portable crib and
stroller.
Hair dryer in every bath, linen and towels. Screened out door Pool,
deck with furniture.
Pool heating available in winter for an additional $20.00 per day.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season $770 per week
High Season $840 per week

Rates include local taxes but exclude pool heating. Pool heating is
$140 per week.


High Season - Christmas, New Year, Easter, Thanksgivings

Low Season - all other times of the year.

Cleaning fee is FREE of stays of 5 days or more. 
Less than 5 days cleaning fee is $70.
