Vacation Rental Description

Relax and enjoy this beautifully decorated and fully furnished 2  
bedroom home in a quiet, family oriented subdivision just steps from  
the Gulf of Mexico.  The village offers a community pool and a  
community dock. 
We are bordered on the east by the State Park and public beach and to  
the west by the National Seashore.  This home is located across the  
street from the gulf. 
Navarre Beach is said to be one of " Florida's Best Kept Secrets. " 
So, kick back and relax here at Del Mar South, Navarre Beach, Fl.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enter through the front porch to the large living room that has 2 new  
Queen Size convertible sofas and a wicker chaise.  There is plenty of  
room to stretch out and relax and catch a quick nap after a long day  
at the beach.  It has a large screen t.v. with cable. 
Wireless Internet is also available as an extra bonus!  
The dining room, which is separate, has enough seating for 6-8.  From  
the nearby kitchen you can prepare and serve your gourmet meals.   
There is a coffee maker, blender, toaster-oven, microwave and all the  
other appliances, cooking tools and bakeware you will need.  There is  
dish service for 12 and a dishwasher to assist with your clean-up. 
 
A game table with 4 chairs is also available.  
 
There is a full size washer/dryer in a separate laundry room to help  
keep up with the wet towels and bathing suits.  An iron and ironing  
board is also provided. 
 
The King Size Master Suite is located in the rear of the house and  
offers a large bathroom with a double shower and double vanities. 
There is a small porch accessible from the bedroom where you can  
enjoy the incredible sunsets. 
There is cable t.v. available in the master suite. 
 
The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds with an adjoining bathroom.   
This has a shower/tub and a large linen closet.  There is also a t.v.  
with cable available.

Activities and Attractions

On site or nearby: 
 
Swimming, surfing, fishing, boating, jet-skiing, biking, hiking,  
walking,movie theaters and the Gulf Breeze Zoo are just a few of the  
many activities availabe for your enjoyment.  Or wander the flea  
market located across from the zoo. 
  
Bike rental, jet-ski rentals, surf boards and boat rentals are  
available here on the Island. 
 
Go parasailing right here on Santa Rosa Island. 
 
There are local gift shops locally and the Outlet Malls are in  
Destin, just east of Navarre.

Vacation Rental Rates

May 23rd-Labor Day $1550/week Sat.-Sat.  
Labor Day- December 31st $900.00/week Sat.Sat.  $125.00/night 3 night minimum 
Jan 1st-March 31st $800.00/week   
April 1st-May22nd $1300.00/week Sat.-Sat. 
An additional $250.00 deposit refundable after cleaning and  
inspection of property and a  10% Fl. tax will be added to each  
weekly rental plus a $125.00 cleaning fee. 
*** If pet accepted the refundable deposit will be $300.00 *** 
Pay by check or by credit card thru Pay Pal.  They charge 3% 
Requires 50% deposit within 7 days.  Balance is due 3 weeks prior to check in.
