Lazy Daze in Pensacola Beach

You and your family can enjoy the beautiful white sand of the
condominium's private beach on the inter-coastal waterway where you
may moor your boat, owned or rented, for short term. The gulf of
mexico with it's emerald green waters and it's famous suger sand
beach is a short 100 yard walk; the sound side beach also has suger
sand beach and is a short half minuet walk from your front door. You can be literatly
toes in the sand in 30 seconds, but be sure to bring sandals as the
sand gets hot. The rental condominium is 1420 sq. ft. with 2
bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, fully furnished
kitchen and 2 private decks for your pleasure. It will sleep 6 to 7
comfortably with modest Bahaman style furnishings. Smoking is permitted on
the outside decks only and no pets allowed in this unit. The unit
is nicely placed within a short walking distance of, one of Pensacola
Beach's most popular restraunts, "Peg Leg Petes" which serves great
food and has live bands and plenty of entertainment.

Bring your toothbrush and personal effects because the unit is fully
furnished with everything you will need for a short term stay,
including towels, sheets, tvs, dvd, XBOX, coffee maker, washer &
Living room tv is 42" HDTV (for watching your favorite sporting events)
washer, dryer, alarm clock, ironing board/iron, carport w/gas grill
and a fully furnished kitchen. 3 off street parking are
provided for your convenience. Naturally the unit has central air.

I suggest for activities and attractions that perhaps the following:
Pensacola and its waters are well known for diving and the world's
largest artificial reef. the "ORISKANY" was sunk within a boat
trip to create this diving paradise. A number of other historical
structures are located in the waters and if diving is not your
sport then you have unlimited possibilities for boating, fishing,
parasailing, swimming and sunbathing, not to mention the smooth
morning inter coastal waters for jet skiing. More Blue Marlin are
caught off this part of the gulf coast than any where in the world.
The marina has plenty of captains that will accomdate your trip. I
suggest Shawn Kelly aboard the "Entertainer". I should also mention
the Naval Aviation Museum is world class and is a must see for those
interested in airplanes or wish to see an Imax Movie presentation.
The unit is a stone's throw from shopping, mini golf attractions and
a variety of restaurants and pubs and night clubs.

Our rates are based on a Saturday to Saturday. Check ins are 3:00pm
unless other arrangements are made and check outs are 10:00am. There
is a $300 refunable deposit applied to the damage deposit on arrival and
is refunded upon departure ,Pensacola Beach Rentals including this unit are subject to 11.5% tax,
(which IS
INCLUDED along with a 60.00 cleaning fee).
Rates for 2008 are as follows and are all inclusive:
October 30th through February - $500
March 1st through May 25th - $900
May 26th through July - $1100
August through September - $850
Monthly rentals are available at special rates.

Memorial Day- 1300.00

Off Season (Sept. thru Feb.) - $1300.00
