You must be 25 or older to rent our home.

• ID will be required at the time of booking.
• All returning Guests will recive a 10% discount on their next
  booking!! (not good with other specials, holidays rates or discounts)
• Rates subject to change without notice, holiday rates can apply at anytime subject to contract.

Holiday rates

• All major Holidays will be subject to an extra fee of $50.00 a day, unless you book the weekly rate. The rate only applies to the day of the holiday and the next day following (example July 4th and 5th).
• Dune fest and Sand fest weekends are a 5 night min. rental at $185.00 per night

Summer Rates:

• May 15th. thru. September 15th.
• 2 night minimum stay
• $155.00 per night
• 3 or more nights $145.00
  weekly rate $800.00 (6 night/7 days)

Winter Rates:

• September 16th. thru May 14th.
• 2 night minimum stay
• $110.00 per night
• weekly rate $575.00 (6 night/7 days)
• Monthly winter rate is $1100.00

Additional Fee's:

• Security/Cleaning Deposit $200.00 Refundable. Ask for copy of cleaning guidelines.
• Maintence fee $35.00 (added to total rental fee) 
• Cleaning fee $35.00 an hour
• RV/Travel Trailers (this excludes Toy/Storage trailers) most be
  aproved by agent prior to renting.
  *May be charged an extra fee per night for RV's call for details.
• No Dumping or Hookups.
  Winchester Bay offers plenty of beautiful, reasonably priced Camp Grounds and RV Parks.

Payment:

• Pay Pal (all major cerdit cards excepted), Cashier's Check or Money Order (If paying by
  Personal Check you need to allow for 7 more days for Check to
  process)
• If paying by Credit Card on Pay Pal a 2% service charge will be
  added, call for detials. (maximum service charge $20.00)
• 50% of rental and security/deposit is due at the time of booking
  this holds reservation.
• Balance of fee's due 30 days prior to arrival. (reservation is not
  held if balance is not received)
• A full refund will be given minus a $100.00 handling fee if
  cancelation is made within 60 day of the first day of reservation.
