best fishing and crabbing in Oregon. Close to the Oregon Dunes  
offering 10,000 acres of dunes recreation.  
 
Golfing, many golf courses located with in miles. 37 miles north of  
The World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.  
Close to Shopping, Antique's, Bird watching, Whale watching, Hiking,  
Kayaking. Great Family Getaway. 
  
Fishing: Winchester Bay is the largest recreational Salmon fishing  
Port in Oregon. Coho,Chinook,Tuna,Halibut,Shark, and incredible lake  
fishing. Year round fishing,crabbing,and clamming.

**Memorial Day Special....Book your stay by June 1st and save an extra 15% if you book 3 or more

You must be 25 and older to rent our home. ID will be required at the time of booking.  
 
All returning Guests will recive a 10% discount on their next  
booking!! (not good with other specials or discounts) 
 
 
Summer Rates  
May 15th. thru. September 5th. 
3 night minimum stay 
$155.00 per night 
4 or more nights $145.00 (this discount does not apply to Holiday weeks) 
weekly rate $800.00 (6 night/7 days) 
 
 
Winter Rates  
September 6th. thru May 14th. 
3 night minimum stay 
$110.00 per night 
weekly rate $575.00 (6 night/7 days)

Additional Fee's: 
Security/Cleaning Deposit $300.00 Refundable. Ask for copy of cleaning  
guidelines. 
Cleaning fee $25.00 an hour 
 
Restocking fee $25.00, non-refundable(subtracted from  
security/cleaning deposit, or can be paid seperatly) 
 
RV/Travel Trailers (this excludes Toy/Storage trailers)most be  
aproved by agent prior to renting. *May be charged an extra fee per  
night for RV's call for details. 
No Dumping or Hookups. Winchester Bay offers plenty of beatiful,  
reasonably priced Camp Grounds and RV Parks. 
 
Payment: 
 Credit Card, Pay Pal, Cashier's Check or Money Order (If paying by  
Personal Check you need to allow for 7 more days for Check to  
process) 
If paying by Credit Card on Pay Pal a 2% service charge will be  
added, call for detials. (maximum service charge $20.00) 
 
50% of rental and security/deposit is due at the time of booking  
this holds reservation. 
 
Balance of fee's due 30 days prior to arrival. (reservation is not  
held if balance is not received) 
 
A Full refund will be given minus a $50.00 handling fee if  
cancelation is made in writting or by phone within 30 day of  
reservation.
