Families and Renters over 25 years old ONLY. 302 East Pine Avenue,
Wildwood, NJ - Beautifully decorated condominium with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths which sleeps up to 9.  You are a 1 block walk to the boardwalk/beach and in between two of the Morey's Amusement Piers, including a water park. Just park your cars in the garage and
forget about them. You are in walking distance to the Wawa, Dunkin Donuts, parks/playgrounds, shopping, bars
and restaurants. You will have it all at your fingertips, closeness,
comfort and convenience. From the roof top deck, watch the fireworks
that are set off from the beach at the end of Pine Avenue every
Friday night during the summer months.  This is a non-smoking unit - you may smoke outside on the deck.

Bedrooms
The Master and second bedrooms have queen size beds. The third
bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed. All beds are equipped with
pillows, blankets and comforters. Please bring your own sheets &
towels. The master and second bedrooms have a TV & DVD player.
Dining/Living Area
There is a 32 inch TV with cable hookup & DVD player and stereo in the
living room. There is a sectional with a full size sleeper and a
beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats
8.

Sunday, just $340.00 - families only. Groups with children are
welcome Sports Groups, Scouts etc. as long as adults are present.
You can arrive Friday at noon and stay till Sunday at 4PM. If your
event is longer please ask.
Mid Week rates until May 2012 - three nights for $350.00
May weekends - $495.00 3 nights Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Memorial Day Weekend - 3 nights $800.00 or 4 nights $900.00
After Memorial Day thru June 16th Mid-week Special 4 nights - $800.00

All weeks go from Saturday to Saturday.  Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10:30am.
Half of weekly rental is due within 7 days of booking. Final
payment due 30 days prior to arrival date.
A $300 security deposit is required for all rentals, due with final
payment. Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of
receiving keys, if property is left in same condition.
Cash, certified check or money order are the accepted methods of
payment.
